 Introduction of Energy-Saving Cone Ball Mill

The cone ball mill is an important equipment used to grind materials after crushing. It is widely used in the field of cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, ferrous or non-ferrous metals and glass ceramics and other production industries for all kinds minerals and grind-able materials dry or wet grinding.

 Features of Cone Ball Mill

 The tube ball consists of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small transmission gear, motors, electrical control). Hollow shaft adopts steel casting, and the lining is removable. Rotary gear is processed casting gear and the drum body is inlaid wear liner with good abrasion resistance. The machine running smoothly with reliable performance.

 Cone Mill is a commonly seen mineral production mill. The original mill structure is changed, making the body and chassis to form a integration.

 The main bearings adopts double row self-aligning roller bearings with energe saving 30%, improving fine-grained rate, processing power increased by 15 to 20%.

 The cone ball mill can be employed to all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials for dry or wet grinding.

 This machine is a horizontal cylinder rotating lattice-type cone ball mill with outer gear ring and two positions.

 Working Principle

The cone ball mill is a horizontal cylinder rotating device with outer gear transmission. It has two positions, lattice-type cone ball mill.

Material is evenly fed into the first position from the feed device. There is ladder liner or corrugated liner with steel ball inside. The rotating cylinder produces centrifugal force to lift the ball to a certain height and falling down, impact on the material for corse grinding.

Then material enters into the second chamber which is lined with flat lining, and steel balls inside. Material is processed by further grinding. Powder material is discharged through the discharge grate plate.
